You can use our FS+ teeth whitening powder with or without toothpaste. Both methods are effective, so it depends on your own preference.

Use without toothpaste

Wet your toothbrush, and dip it in our FS+ powder, so that the brush head is covered with powder. Brush for 2 minutes. Spit out, and clean your mouth after use.

Use with toothpaste

Wet your toothbrush, and add toothpaste. Then gently dip your toothbrush into the powder, so that the toothpaste is covered. Brush for 2 minutes. Spit out, and clean your mouth after use.
